SteadyPips (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website steadypips.net. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. It applies to steadypips.net and to the EA registration and verification service we run at api.steadypips.net.

MT4 account number (for EA activation)
Email address (optional, for update notifications)

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor interactions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

XM (broker): We may share your account number with XM solely to verify your IB status. XM has its own privacy policy.
Service providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting and security. Cloudflare processes data according to its own privacy policy.
Google: Google Analytics and — once advertising is enabled — Google AdSense collect usage and device information directly through cookies and similar technologies, under Google’s privacy policy. See the Advertising section below.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare’s global network using encrypted databases. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this website. Ads are not currently being served — our AdSense account is pending approval — but this policy describes how advertising will work once it goes live, and it will apply from that point forward.

Once advertising is active:

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Contract — the MT4/MT5 account number you submit, which is required to activate and verify an EA licence.

Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and understanding aggregate traffic patterns, balanced against your interests.

Our infrastructure providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Those providers publish their own transfer safeguards; see the policies of Cloudflare and Google.

Data Retention

We keep registration data (account number and, if provided, email address) for as long as the EA licence is active, and delete it on request. Aggregate analytics data is retained on Google Analytics’ default schedule and is not linked to a named individual by us.

Your Rights

You may:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent and opt out of email notifications
Disable or delete cookies in your browser
Object to, or request restriction of, processing where local law provides that right

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the account number or email address you registered. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

California Residents

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for payment. Under California law you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, request correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Note that Google AdSense and other advertising vendors independently collect information as described in the Advertising section, and that their own privacy disclosures govern that collection.

Children’s Privacy

This site publishes financial and trading content and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit personalized advertising to be served to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
